"I had an unusual question/request regarding coverage for storage units, I had contacted a few other companies and got no response from any of them. PJ Lucas called me back from an online inquiry. "Words cannot describe how frustrating it is to deal with this particular agent/agency. It is impossible to get anyone at the office to answer a phone call; when you leave a message, you may or may not get a reply. Even the simplest request such as change to a policy, results in a monumental challenge. If you do get a response, it is usually by text, and the source of their problems is usually blamed on their "system being down". In the past 3 months, I have tried to make a change to my policy which resulted in a cancellation that I did not request, payments not being accounted for, and a refund from State Farm in error. Either Amina Shade's staff is incompetent or simply do not care about their customers. After 3 months of continued agony, I have successfully changed to a different State Farm agent."

"2022: when I couldn’t find good Insurance, I stumbled across this fine institution and med Candace.
