"Called your office at 4:00 on Friday to get a vehicle covered with insurance but your answering system switched directly to the after hours message although your google listing indicates that you are open until 5:00pm M-F. Actually as I went thru the entire answering machine message it eventually gave the same hours as your website. What are your actual hours? Thank you."
